Those attending the 2026 Fall Conference will have the opportunity to complete a ballot on site.

Members who are unable to attend the 2026 Fall Conference may request an absentee ballot by emailing Election Chair Josh Herman at Joshua.Herman@indy.gov. Absentee ballots will only be issued for the contested elections in District 2, District 8, and At-Large Representative #2.
