Doxpop Offers Court System Access

Doxpop lets you search through the recordsof over a quarter of Indiana courts in just seconds. Doxpop is pleasedpleased to announce that just today Madison County joined our growingnetwork. If you have a particular county that you are interested in, feelfree to give me a call or email. I can tell you where they are in theprocess of becoming Doxpop partners.

Some of you do not yet have access to Doxpop. We would like to fix that.We'd like to give you access to the Doxpop system at no cost. To get started, call us at 866-369-7671 (toll free) or follow this link: https://www.doxpop.com/prod/info/RequestFreeAccounts.jsp?type=PO

The Doxpop Court Record Access System provides the following benefits:

• Obtain results from all Doxpop Counties with a single search. Provide your judges with a more complete pre-sentencing report in less time.
  
• Instant access to the case records of 99 courts in 26 Indiana counties with new counties joining constantly.
  
• 24/7 access. Like you, we are never off-duty.
  
• View a CCS (Docket Sheet) or Court Schedule through your web browser. You will always be informed.
  

E-mail notification about cases or people you are interested in. If you put a "watch" on a person or a case, you will be notified of any new information entered in any of our partner courts.

It does not matter if your county does not currently use Doxpop. Every
probation office in Indiana qualifies.

Why are we doing this? Two reasons:

First, we think it is important to give something back to the communities
and courts we partner with.

Second, we think that in counties that are not yet using Doxpop, the judges
and clerks will quickly understand the value of having Doxpop in a county
when they see how easily you can access information from other counties.

To set up Doxpop accounts for your office, fax us the following information
on your office letterhead for each user:

* The person's name.
* The person's position with your office.
* The person's E-mail address.
* The requested username for this person.
* The requested password for this person.

The username can be anything. The password must be at least 5 characters
long and include at least one uppercase letter or number.

We can typically set up the user accounts within one hour of receiving your
