POPAI was asked to provide feedback re: HEA 1006 to Jane Seigel who was scheduled to speak before the House Courts and Criminal Code Committee Wednesday January 6th. I believe that this hearing is worthwhile to watch.

Weekly legislative updates from our lobbyist will be posted on the POPAI website, in the Members Only discussion area. The POPAI Legislative Committee will be monitoring the bills and contacting legislators with concerns, questions, and suggestions re: any filed bills, especially those already scheduled for committee hearings.
IF you are interested in serving on the POPAI Legislative Committee, please let me know. We generally do not meet in person; we conference call about important legislative matters and bills of concern.
