LONGVIEW (KYTX) -A Gregg County man may lose his probation and be sent back to prison, after he cursed out a probation officer. The man says the probation walked in on his wife undressed, but a witness is now coming forward and says she remembers it differently.

“I wouldn’t have ever gotten involved in all this,” said the woman, who doesn’t want to be identified. We’re calling her Judy.

She’s talking about involves this man, 29-year-old Pedro Guzman, also known as Pete. In 2009, he was charged with aggravated kidnapping of a Gregg County woman. Three years later, he pled guilty and was sentenced to 10 years’ probation.

Fast forward to July 23. That’s when two Gregg County probation officers visited Guzman and his common-law wife, Holly Paulsen, at a Kilgore home. Paulsen claims the female officer was giving her a drug test in the bathroom, when the male officer walked up and saw her with her pants pulled down.

Guzman became angry and used foul language at the officer, and the next day, Guzman was arrested.

“They’ve been after my husband for a long time. I hate walking in there,” Paulsen said.

‘Judy’ says she was there that night, and doesn’t remember things happening the same as Paulsen’s account.
