Adam called the annual meeting to order at 12:24pm.

Treasurer's Report As of September 1, 2018 the balance is checking was $75,922.97 and savings $17,056.25.

Membership We have 1001 members as of September 1, 2019.

Education The 2020 Management Institute will be March 12-13. The new chief orientation is in discussion. The 2020 IOCS Conference will be April 27-29.

Election CJ Miller was elected as Treasurer. Melanie Pitstick was elected as District 5 Representative. The other vacancies will be filled according to the by laws.

Awards and Recognition Lindsey Long from Miami County was selected as the Line Officer of the Year. Congratulations to Lindsey.

Technology Karen provided the report. She also stated if any county (with at least one POPAI Member) wants free assistance with setting up a Facebook page, to contact her.

New Business Adam discussed the Amicus Brief and the impact for probation officers.
